Compare the whole purchase, not a single displayed price.
Keep purchasing, payment conversion and international shipping as separate lines. Their timing and calculation basis are different.
Build the cost in the order it is incurred.
| Cost line | What to check |
|---|---|
| Goods and domestic delivery | Exact variant, quantity, seller minimum and shipping to the warehouse. |
| Purchasing or optional service | Any service fee, detailed inspection, video, repacking or rehearsal you select. |
| Payment and currency | Amount charged, payment-provider fee, currency conversion and account balance credited. |
| International parcel | Eligible route, packed weight and dimensions, billing method and included cover. |
| Destination costs | Any applicable import or delivery charges under current destination and route conditions. |
A “no handling fee” statement does not make every optional service free. Read the breakdown for your actual order. An old percentage cannot tell you the current cost of a different payment method or currency.

Compare currency options by the balance you receive.
Record the currency and amount leaving your payment account and the spendable balance credited by the agent. If a provider charges separately, include that charge. Compare equivalent amounts at the same time; an old exchange-rate screenshot and today’s checkout do not form a fair comparison.
For example, two top-up options can show the same nominal purchase amount while crediting different usable balances after fees. Choose using the complete confirmation screen, supported refund path and availability in your country. Do not assume a logo displayed in a historical tutorial means the method is available to every account today.

Packing choices can change both protection and billing.
Obtain packed weight and dimensions before comparing final route totals. A light padded coat occupies more space than a dense small item; some routes use volumetric weight when it exceeds actual weight. The divisor and rounding rules belong to the specific route, so do not apply one number to all carriers.
Removing retail boxes may reduce size but can remove protection or packaging you wanted to keep. Combining several orders can reduce some repeated charges, but may move the parcel into another billing tier or exclude a route. Ask for the measured result and compare the choices before treating either action as a saving.
Check restrictions before buying liquids, batteries, powders or fragile goods. Eligibility can depend on item type, destination and route. Correct item descriptions and values remain your responsibility; a guide cannot guarantee customs treatment.

Keep one simple comparison record.
Write down: the selected goods, packed measurements, route name, billing rule, optional packing/cover, total payable and quote time. If you change the contents or address, recalculate. If an estimate is reconciled after packing, check what was added or returned before calling the total final.
Use the agent’s current estimator or account quotation for money decisions. This site’s search-recipe tool chooses search controls; it does not calculate international freight.
