HubbuyCN Spreadsheet · buying guide
Dated observations and guide updates.
A check date is the date a page was observed. It is not the effective date of every policy discussed here.
14 October 2026: guide structure and service-entry checks
The homepage now introduces the major business steps; detailed QC, costs and selection advice have their own pages. Repeated category walls were removed from children, the search-recipe tool validates price input, and the HTML site map links all guide pages.
The new HUBBUY homepage did not present a usable service screen in this review. The migration notice archived on 9 October still explains its intended role. No authenticated purchase, account transfer, shipping quote or claim result was tested.
Earlier dated observations
Platform behaviour moves. Sign in walls appear, help pages get closed, storage policies change and calculators get rebuilt. A guide that never says when it checked something is asking you to trust it forever, which is not a reasonable thing to ask.
So this page is the record. Each entry says what we did, what came back, and what changed on the site as a result. Where a finding contradicts something we wrote earlier, the correction is listed rather than quietly applied.
These are our own test notes rather than news about the company. We do not republish operator announcements as though they were reporting.

Tested and changed
Newest first. The dates are when we ran the check, not when the operator made the change.
The newer platform answered with its own error page
We render the pages we write about rather than trusting a status code, and on this run hubbuy.com came back with its own 500 screen, the one that reads Sorry, the server may be down. Twice over, forty seconds apart. Its Fill and Buy address returned the 404 screen. Both of those replies carry an HTTP status of 200, so a link checker sees nothing wrong.
We are reporting what we saw on one afternoon and nothing more. The migration notice itself is unchanged, and the older site is still answering, so the ordering links here still point where the operator says to go. If you hit the same screen, it is not something you did.
Rechecked the migration notice word for word
The Service Migration Notice is still on the Fill and Buy page, unchanged from the August reading, and the order form is still rendered underneath it. That combination has been there since we first looked: a notice saying new orders are not supported, above a form that still accepts one.
The site is now built around HubbuyCN Spreadsheet as the subject
The guide previously led with the domain wording rather than the subject. Titles, the site name and the home page heading now say HubbuyCN Spreadsheet, because that is what the site is about: finding items to buy through this agent. The home page address did not change, and no page was removed.
HubbuyCN no longer accepts new orders
The Fill and Buy page carries a service migration notice pointing users to Hubbuy for orders, payments, parcel submission, storage and logistics. We rewrote every ordering call to action on this site to point at the newer platform, and added the migration to the home page as the first thing you read.
Search results are behind the sign in
Typed hoodie into the public search box and pressed enter. Landed on the sign in screen with a redirect back attached, roughly sixty characters of text. Repeated with enter only and no button click, same result. The guide now treats the signed out and signed in halves as separate.
The freight calculator could not be checked
The calculation page rendered as a sign in screen. We removed every description of its fields rather than borrow wording from another platform, and the page now says plainly that we have not seen it.
The forwarding page answered twice and refused once
Two runs, two outcomes: once the full forwarding explanation, once a redirect to sign in. We describe it as a preview that may not be there when you look, rather than as a public page.
What we will check again, and roughly when
Three things on this site are known to move, so they carry a review date rather than a promise. If you find one of them out of date before we do, telling us is genuinely useful.
The migration status comes first: if HubbuyCN starts taking orders again, or the older site closes entirely, most of the ordering page changes shape. The sign in behaviour is second, because it decides how the search page is written. The storage and inspection policies are third, since they are the numbers people plan around, and they are quoted on what HubbuyCN does.
Official announcements and community feedback
The October9 archived migration notice is a service announcement: it concerns where to use an existing or new order, rather than a product promotion. Confirm the notice in your own current account before acting. Past coupons or headline service claims are not current offers.
For community reports, look for a dated order sequence, destination, route, item category and the evidence behind the complaint or recommendation. A delivered parcel report answers a different question from a successful refund report. A promotional video or referral code alone does not establish either. Use order-specific evidence to frame questions for support, rather than treating one outcome as a guarantee for every buyer.
