Read QC photos against the order you actually placed.
QC means quality control here, but the ordinary warehouse service is an appearance check. Start with a list of observable questions.
Match the evidence to one order.
Check that the photo set belongs to the order number, selected colour, size and quantity in your account. A matching title is insufficient when the same listing sells several versions. Compare the current goods with the saved variant selection and listing description.
For clothing, check the size label, visible colour, front/back design and quantity. For a bag, inspect the shape, closure, visible stitching and included straps. For shoes, compare the two shoes, size labels, visible marks and any stated accessories. These are checks of what is visible, not proof of materials or authenticity.

Turn an uncertainty into one specific request.
Write down the question the existing photos cannot answer. “Please photograph both size labels” identifies a missing view. “Please measure the insole from heel to toe in centimetres” identifies a measurement. “Please show the inside pocket and zip” identifies a functional area you want to see. Ask whether the requested inspection is available and paid before authorising it.
A picture of the outside of a sealed box cannot confirm the item inside or whether it powers on. Sealed goods and categories outside normal clothing, bags and shoes may receive only external checks under the retained inspection rules. Ask about the scope instead of interpreting an unopened box as an inspection failure.
Example: the label says the ordered size, but you are unsure about sleeve length. A return request for “wrong size” and a request for a measured sleeve are different actions. First identify whether the seller sent a different option or whether your chosen size may not fit.
Choose the next action while the item is still accessible.
GL usually means green light: a buyer is comfortable proceeding with the evidence available. RL means red light: a buyer sees a concern. Neither label is an independent certification or an automatic refund instruction. Describe the concern directly to the agent and confirm the required action in the account.
For a wrong colour or missing item, save the order reference, selected option, listing screenshot and relevant warehouse photo. Request seller contact promptly and ask about the applicable return conditions, deadline, domestic postage and service costs. A long storage period does not extend the seller’s return window.

Keep a record that support can act on.
- Identify the order and the specific option you authorised.
- Attach the image that shows the concern, with one short description of the difference.
- State the action you want: clarification, a detail photo, seller return inquiry or a hold before parcel submission.
- Save the response and deadline; check the account again before packing.
Shipping damage is a different case from a defect visible in the warehouse. Keep parcel labels, packaging and any required unboxing evidence if an issue appears after delivery. Read the current route and claim conditions rather than assuming every photo leads to compensation.
